Pricing & Collections
Wedding photography pricing, in plain numbers.
What it actually costs to have me shoot your wedding in Prescott, Sedona, Flagstaff, or anywhere in Northern Arizona. Real prices, no 'contact for a quote.'
Most wedding photographers make you book a call just to hear a number. I don't see the point. Here is exactly what I charge, what comes with it, and what changes the price. If it fits your day, reach out and let's talk.
Two things to know up front. Photography and film are separate, so you can book one or both. And I'm local to Northern Arizona, born and raised in Prescott Valley, so a Sedona red rock wedding or a Flagstaff pine ceremony isn't a destination I fly in for. It's home.

The Questions People Ask
Wedding photography pricing, answered.
-
How much does a wedding photographer cost in Arizona?
My wedding photography begins at $6,500. There are three collections: Essential at $6,500 (up to 8 hours, lead photographer, full edited gallery), Signature at $8,500 (full day, a second shooter, and an engagement session), and Heirloom at $11,500 (everything plus a fine-art album and a next-day sneak peek). Wedding film is a separate offering that begins at $10,000. -
How much is a Sedona wedding, and what about permits?
Sedona and the red rock country fall under the regular collections, and most red rock weddings book the Signature collection at $8,500 or higher. Those locations require photography permits, and the studio handles them for you. If you are getting married in Sedona, tell me the date and how many days of events and I will put the quote together personally. -
Do you offer photo and video together?
Yes. Photography and film are separate offerings, so you can book either on its own or together. Wedding films begin at $10,000 for the Highlight tier. A photo collection plus the base film usually lands around $16,500 and up, depending on the collection and film tier. -
What is included in a wedding collection?
Every collection includes the coverage hours listed, a full edited gallery of high-resolution images, and a personal print release so you can print your photos. Signature and Heirloom add a second shooter and an engagement session, and Heirloom adds a fine-art album and a next-day sneak peek. -
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Anywhere in Arizona high country is covered by the regular collections. For weddings outside Arizona, it is the collection plus travel billed at cost and a travel-day fee, quoted custom. Tell me where and when and I will put it together. -
Why do you publish your prices when most photographers don't?
Because you deserve to know what something costs before you spend an hour on a call to find out. Hiding the number wastes your time and mine. These are real prices. If they fit, let's talk about your day. -
How do I book?
Reach out with your date, your venue, and a bit about the day. I will get back to you personally to answer questions and lock in the date. Dates book on a first-come basis, so the earlier you reach out the better.
