    Schedule + Prep

    Schedule the scan within 1-2 weeks of booking. Property prep instructions sent ahead, clear walking paths, turn on every light, hide personal items if listing. Most properties scan in a single visit.

    On-Site Scan

    Matterport Pro2 camera captures the entire property in a single session, typically 1-3 hours for a residential property, 4-8 hours for commercial or resort scope. Captures 360° at every scan point with full HDR.

    Processing + Floor Plan
