Landscape installation, portfolio cinematography for outdoor-living and hardscape contractors

Industries — Landscaping

Marketing for Landscaping across California and Northern Arizona.

Drone aerial cinematography and before/after content for landscape contractors.

Landscaping, what we do

Marketing built for landscape contractors, outdoor-living designers, and hardscape installers, drone aerial cinematography of finished installations, before/after photography libraries, brand cinematography of the crews and process, and paid-media campaigns targeting high-ticket residential and commercial landscape buyers.

Landscaping is the most visually-driven trade in the residential service economy. Buyers scroll Instagram and Pinterest, save dozens of inspiration photos, and pick the contractor whose portfolio looks closest to what they want for their own yard. The contractors who win are the ones whose portfolio actually looks the part, drone aerial of completed installations, dramatic before/after photography, and brand cinematography of crews actually working, not iPhone photos and Facebook posts.

Beyond residential, the higher-margin lane is commercial landscape contracts (HOAs, multifamily, light commercial, municipal) where the buying process is slower, more relationship-driven, and rewards established brand presence. We build the marketing stack for both lanes, high-ticket residential and recurring commercial, in a coordinated campaign.

What you're up against

The four problems we solve.

  • 01

Portfolio Photography Doesn't Justify Premium Pricing

Most landscape portfolios are taken on phones in flat midday light. Properly-lit, drone-augmented portfolio cinematography is the easiest way to justify premium pricing.

  • 02

    Before/After Content Isn't Captured

Every install should have a before / during / after series shot. Most companies have zero before photos because nobody remembered to shoot on day one.

  • 03

Crews Don't Look the Part on Camera

Brand cinematography of actual crew work, installing, planting, hardscape, sod, irrigation, is one of the highest-converting assets a landscape brand can produce. Almost nobody captures it.

  • 04

    Commercial Pipeline Underdeveloped

Residential pays the bills but commercial recurring contracts are the LTV play. Commercial-targeted marketing (LinkedIn, ABM, brand cinematography aimed at property managers) is underbuilt at most companies.

Investment

Landscape engagements typically combine a portfolio + brand cinematography production ($6,000-$12,000) with monthly retainer ($2,500-$5,500/month) covering ongoing capture, paid media, and content. Free first call.

Landscaping. FAQs

Common questions.

  • Do you do drone aerial of every install or just signature jobs?
Depends on the retainer scope. Most landscape retainers include monthly aerial capture days where we hit 2-4 active jobsites in one visit; signature high-budget jobs get dedicated drone milestone documentation across the install timeline.
  • How fast can you turn around before/after content?
Most before/after sets deliver within 5-7 business days of the finished-install shoot. Drone aerial milestone captures during the install deliver within 48-72 hours so content can run live while the project is fresh.
  • Can you handle commercial landscape contracts?
Yes. Commercial landscape marketing leans heavier on LinkedIn paid, ABM toward property managers and HOAs, brand cinematography focused on reliability and account management rather than residential aesthetics, and case-study marketing of large recurring contracts.
  • What about hardscape / outdoor living specialists?
Outdoor-living and hardscape specialists are some of our best-fit landscape clients, high-ticket projects, dramatic before/after, and cinematic finished spaces all photograph beautifully and convert well in paid media. Strong fit.
  • What markets do you serve?
California (Humboldt, Del Norte, Mendocino counties) and Northern Arizona (Yavapai, Coconino counties) landscape markets.
