    Both. Luxury listings ($1M+) typically use the full Matterport + drone + cinema-video stack. Standard listings can use a tighter listing-photo + drone-aerial package at a lower price point. Both markets handled.
  • Do you offer per-listing pricing or do I need a retainer?
    Both options. Most agents start per-listing and shift to monthly retainer once their volume justifies it. Retainers offer significant per-listing discounts plus included personal-brand video production.
