What Does Small-Business Marketing Cost in Northern Arizona?

Marketing pricing is where most agencies get vague on purpose. They quote a retainer with no scope, or they hide the number behind three sales calls. I run my pricing the same way I run everything else, which is to just tell you. Here’s what working with my studio actually costs, and how the steps build.

Start with a call or a plan

You don’t have to commit to a monthly anything to get value. The first two steps stand on their own.

  • A strategy call is $500 an hour. We get on the phone, I learn your business, and we find the real bottleneck. Not enough leads, leads that don’t book, no follow-up, no reviews, an old website, missed calls. By the end you know exactly where the money’s leaking.
  • A written execution plan is $1,000. This is the call turned into a document: specific things to go after, in order, with the reasoning. You can hand it to anyone and run it yourself, or have me run it.

The first conversation to see if we’re a fit is always free. You only pay once we’re actually doing work.

After the plan, two paths

Once there’s a plan, there are two ways to run it:

  1. Done-for-you. The studio runs the advertising, the follow-up, the scheduling, and the systems. You keep doing what you’re good at, I handle the marketing. This is the fractional-CMO setup, priced monthly by scope.
  2. Software and support. You run your own ads and content, using the lead-management system I built, and keep me on as a consultant on retainer. Lower monthly, more hands-on from you.

Monthly pricing depends on the work, which is the honest answer. A one-location contractor who needs lead follow-up and a few ad campaigns is a different number than a multi-location business running paid media across TV and streaming. That’s what the call and the plan are for, to scope it right instead of guessing.

What you’re actually buying

I’m not a consultant who hands you a binder and disappears. I built a personal brand to over a billion views and two million followers, and the same studio that did that builds your campaigns. We’re an official agency partner with one of the largest cable and internet providers in the country, so your ads can run on broadcast and connected TV, not just social.

The free website

If you sign on for a year of a monthly service, I build your website for free. The site is the front door, the marketing fills it, so when we’re working together the door is handled. A custom site on its own runs in the low five figures, so this is real money back.
